Handover services for one of the largest societies in Western Suburbs
This large complex of over 700 housing units was going through a transition phase. This is typically known as handover when the builder gives away the management rights to the members of the society. In this process, a society has to follow legal compliances, dos and don’ts of property tax, set-up an office and administration.
For a smooth handover process, our team initiated co-ordination with the builder and members, explaining both sides all the details regarding this transition phase. Next, the Zipgrid team guided the society members with complete registration process and helped them set-up a committee. In addition to this, Zipgrid managed all the documentation including property tax calculation and liaisoning. Zipgrid also set-up sessions on processes post the handover to ensure efficiency in ongoing management services provision.
