We are a team of close to 200 members, based across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Ahmedabad and we are looking at hiring candidates at different levels in our Human Resources team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Sourcing from portals, social media, and institution.
• Maintaining Hiring and Recruitment Tracker with profile/stage/feedbacks.
• Cold calling
• Pre-Interview screening as per requirement and shortlisting candidates.
• Aligning Interviews shortlisted by Managers.
• Maintaining/Filtering CV database
• Assisting in redesigning the hiring process
• Any other activity assigned by the team.
• Should be involved in new initiatives for hiring,
• Managing social media and innovative sources of hiring too.
• MIS/Database Management.
