Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
1) Researching prospects and generating leads.
2) Contacting potential and existing customers on phone, by email,, and in person.
3) Must required to do gate-crashing and cold calls.
4) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
5) Shall travel to Mumbai HO periodically/ as and when required.
6) Shall travel within Gujarat territory such as Ahmedabad periodically/ as and when required.
7) Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly sales targets.
8) Participating in sales team meeting.
9) Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints in line with operations team.
10) Handling the ERP database.
11) Ready to work on weekends i.e. Saturday/ Sunday.
Requirements of the candidate –
1) Any Graduate with 2+ years experience in property management/ facility management BD sector.
2) Excellent customer service and sales skills.
3) Strong verbal and written communicator.
4) Excellent phone and presentation skills.
5) Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software programs.
7) Must have two/ four wheeler to commute.
8) Young and energetic candidate is preferable.
