Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Management Committee Members of Residential & Commercial projects by doing:
  1. Physical cold calling
  2. Area Mapping
  3. Tele calling on various leads generated (Marketing campaigns, database etc)
  4. Field Sales
  • Understanding the challenges faced by the Management Committee of a Housing Society and via consultative approach propose the right solution
  • Managing & growing the existing client portfolio
  • Solutions presentation & APP demonstration to be given to potential prospects
  • Achieving assigned Revenue targets

Required Candidate profile

  • Educational Qualification Min MBA
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  •  Should have the ability to interact with high profile clients.
  •  Should be able to work on multiple projects at any given point of time
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Should be able to forecast sales

Experience: 1-8 years (No barrier on experience)
