Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying Management Committee Members of Residential & Commercial projects by doing:
- Physical cold calling
- Area Mapping
- Tele calling on various leads generated (Marketing campaigns, database etc)
- Field Sales
- Understanding the challenges faced by the Management Committee of a Housing Society and via consultative approach propose the right solution
- Managing & growing the existing client portfolio
- Solutions presentation & APP demonstration to be given to potential prospects
- Achieving assigned Revenue targets
Required Candidate profile

- Educational Qualification Min MBA
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Should have the ability to interact with high profile clients.
- Should be able to work on multiple projects at any given point of time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to forecast sales
Experience: 1-8 years (No barrier on experience)
