Sale of Parking Space – Immovable Property

Many Builders , Developers Sale parking slots to the members and issue a simple letter specifying the description of space allotted. However this is against the directives of Supreme Court of India which states all open spaces belong to the society and further sale of immovable property  will not amount legal till stamp duty is paid as per agreement and deed is registered.
