The Form of Notice of Resignation of Membership of the society by a member

I/ we desire to withdraw from the society and therefore give you a notice of three months of our intention to resign membership of the society, as required under the Bye-law No. 27(a) of the bye-laws of the society
I/ we hereby state that I/ we am/ are prepared to discharge in full the amount of liability to the society as per records of the society before my resignation is considered by the Managing Committee of the society
OR
I/ we authorize the society to recover the charges of the society, due to me from the value of my interest in the flat. On acceptance of my/our resignation, I/we will surrender the share certificate no………………….. for shares numbering from ……… to ………. (both inclusive) for Rs. 50/- to the society and the vacant possession of the office for being acquired by the society purchasers or transferee.
