data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tProvided that, no action shall be taken under this sub payment of such mortgage money or part thereof has been served upon &#8212;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13ef7fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"13ef7fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"word\"><li>(i) the mortgager or each of the mortgagors,<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e9989a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e9989a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"word\"><li>(ii) any person who has any interest in or charge upon the property mortgaged, or in or upon the right to redeem the same as far as it known to the bank,<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b631725 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b631725\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"word\"><li>(iii) any surety for the payment of the mortgaged debt or any part thereof, and<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a67bf66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a67bf66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"word\"><li><div><div class=\"left-padding-bye-laws\">(iv) any creditor of the mortgager who has in a suit for administration of his estate obtained a decree for sale of mortgaged property, and<\/div><\/div><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbf63b6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cbf63b6\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-025e160 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"025e160\" data-element_type=\"widget\" made in payment of such mortgage money or part thereof, for three months after service of the notice.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a84edab e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a84edab\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
