margin-left: 10px;\"> (b)  <strong> &#8220;Apex Co-operative Bank&#8221;<\/strong>means a federal co-operative bank having jurisdiction over the whole of the Maharashtra State and recognised as such by the State Government for the purpose;\n;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b41a5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b41a5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(c)<strong> &#8220;co-operative year&#8221;<\/strong> means the year ending on the 30th day of June or. in the case of any society or class of societies, the accounts of which are with the previous sanction of the Registrar, balanced on any other day. the year ending on such day;\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10cef77 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10cef77\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(d) <strong>&#8220;decree&#8221;<\/strong> means any decree of a Civil Court, and includes any order, decision or award referred to in sub-section (I) of Section 156;\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6e4d0a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e6e4d0a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(e) <strong>&#8220;decree holder&#8221;<\/strong> means any person holding a decree;\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c90fde6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c90fde6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(f)<strong> &#8220;form&#8221;<\/strong> means a form appended to these rules;\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd5895b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bd5895b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(g) <strong>&#8220;Record of Rights&#8221; <\/strong>means: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px;\">(i) as respects the Bombay area of the State, the record of rights maintained under the Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879;\n  <\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px;\"> (ii) as respects the Vidarbha region of the State, the record of rights maintained under the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1954;\n <\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 15px;\"> (iii) as respects the Hyderabad area of the State the Settlement Register maintained under Section 86 of the Hyderabad Land Revenue Act, 1317-F;\n <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e3ceef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e3ceef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(h) <strong>&#8220;recovery officer&#8221;<\/strong> means any person empowered to exercise in any district, the powers of the Registrar under Section 156;\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1d88e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f1d88e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(i)<strong> &#8220;the registered society&#8221; <\/strong> means a society registered or deemed to be registered under the Act;\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d16bee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d16bee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 10px;\">(j)<strong> &#8220;sale officer&#8221;<\/strong> means an officer empowered by the Registrar, by general or special order, to attach and sell the property of defaulters or to execute any decree by attachment and sale of property;\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd84327 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd84327\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;
