\t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">No office units, parking slot or store room, or a part thereof, can be given on lease or leave and license (L&#038;L)\nagreement without prior permission in writing of the Managing Committee of the society, after compliance with\nsuch requirements as the Managing Committee may require time to time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d191b2a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d191b2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"2\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">No member is permitted to use \/ sublet \/ lease the office premises for any Guest House and \/ or any industrial\nworkshop\/ factory at any point of time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1993114 elementor-widget style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"3\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">A Member wishing to give his \/her office on leave &#038; license (L&#038;L) should apply to the Society in the specified\nformat (refer Annexure 3 enclosed). A copy of the L&#038;L agreement should also be submitted for approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92d25ff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"92d25ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"4\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">The member will be required to pay non-occupancy charges \/ non-occupancy clubhouse charges as per the\nSociety rules for leave and license \/ subletting of offices\/ flats. In case the office is let out during a month, such\ncharges will be applicable for the full month.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26fd2a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"26fd2a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"5\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">Members should give prior intimation in writing about details of the tenant, date, and time of shifting, so that\nsecurity can facilitate the entry of their luggage\/ vehicle and record it in the register. Use of service lifts for shifting\nof luggage \/ furniture will entail a charge of _______ per relocation. Any damage incurred during shifting will be\nrecovered from the member.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ffc868f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ffc868f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"6\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">Members\/tenant should compulsorily submit the \u201cTenant Information Sheet\u201d at the nearest Police Station within\nthree days of the tenant shifting in and hand over a copy of the same to the Society\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-87e4d97 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"87e4d97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"7\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">In case of leasing \/ leave and license agreement involving foreign nationals, relevant police requirements \/\napprovals \/ registrations should be obtained, and copies furnished to the Society at the time of application.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3269d6f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3269d6f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"8\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">All leave and license agreements must be compulsorily registered by the member and a copy of the same must be\nfurnished to the Society.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da6300d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da6300d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"9\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">Compliance with any other Government provisions \/ laws must be adhered to and the responsibility for this lies\nwith the members. The Society reserves the right to meet prospective lessees before giving permission. Such\npermission could be denied at the discretion of the Managing Committee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac8d7a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ac8d7a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"10\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">Members are requested to adequately instruct tenants \/ licensees, about the rules &#038; regulations of the Society,\nprocedure for collecting their vehicle labels, etc. before they shift and request them to maintain cordial relations\nwith everyone in the Society.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24ef9a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24ef9a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha; font-weight: bold; padding-left: 10px;\" start=\"11\">\n \t<li>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0;\">In case a tenant\/lessee is moving out of the building, concerned Member or his tenant should give at least 30\ndays\u2019 notice to the Society in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-36ce43c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"36ce43c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;
