Digitisation services for one of the oldest society in Central Suburbs in Mumbai

Issue

A 69-year old society of over 200 open plots was facing its biggest challenge – Clearing the Documents room. The society office had 10 dilapidated cupboards of physical files, which collectively had over one (1) lakh papers with extremely critical data regarding ownership and succession of plots. To add to this, it is now mandatory for societies to store data for easy access. But, this was beyond means for the society members as most of the staff wasn’t computer savvy. The task at hand was monumental.

Solution

Our team made finding a needle in this information haystack easy with complete digital archive of all records, searchable history of all plots and its ownership, secure private cloud over Google Drive with on-site backup over a NAS Drive.
